As I've commented elsewhere, Thai folks tend to put half a bottle of ketchup on a single slice of pizza.While I *did* try the combination once (albeit a much more conservative amount), I fail to understand the appeal. My earnest efforts to go native have been stymied by this singular cultural impasse... 🤔 |

I really enjoy cherry jam and strawberry jam on any type of pasta! I also remember trying pineapple-chicken pizza with caramel sauce, it's really good too :3

@k1414247 Is it one of those combinations that only works with Cheez-Its, and substituting Cheese Nips would suddenly make everything an inedible mess? While I've never sampled the two competitors back to back with a palate cleanser in between, I don't think I'd be able to tell them apart in a blind taste test (I'm guessing the exact brand of brownie mix doesn't matter?).While I've never exactly been wowed by the fries at Wendy's, I've heard for years that their fried potato product dipped in their famous Frosty™ is sublime, but that it ONLY works with that exact combination. I can only presume the folks willing to die on that particular hill must've at some stage gone out of their way to try other fast food chain fries paired with Wendy's frozen dessert, but at no point did they ever pause to ask what exactly they were doing with their lives... 🤔 |
