But while the Windex mockingly dribbling onto my increasingly furiously pumping fingers rather than misting onto the intended surface is a minor symptom, the absolute worst is when it's some sort of hazmat in a metal can. Few mundane aggravations are worse than returning to a can of spray paint that we're used only once that no longer wants to dispense. Terrific--now what? Not only have we wasted the money on a still nearly full can of paint, it's not as though we can simply throw it out, either--being responsible passengers on Spaceship Earth, we need to go out of our way and take it to the proper disposal site, and I imagine depending on where we are, having to pay an additional fee for them to accept it and make it their problem instead.
GiuseppeK Bracelet King	1 month, 1 week ago by GiuseppeK While I mostly understand why it's done, I'm growing less and less tolerant of modern cars being designed with such ludicrously low clearances to the ground. Most of the time, it's not so bad--living out in the rural areas where it's generally flat as a pool table. However, I just returned from a few days in Bangkok, and NOTHING in the world makes me cringe harder than the bottom of a car scraping on bumps, ramps, and even just poorly maintained sections of the road. Despite driving in a state of utter paranoia to avoid it, after the third such strike in as many days, I nearly bit a chunk out of the steering wheel and screamed to the heavens that I was getting a TRUCK next, having my honorary Japanese niece along for ride helped me swallow that nastiness--she's such a cool kid.
YoasobiLvr Bracelet King	1 month ago by YoasobiLvr Dried Flowers at the piano lesson. I suck every time and even explode when I make one tiny mistake. I hang at the chorus right now, it feels like achieving nothing every piano lesson. I always have the thought my brother gets better. His "Viva la Vida" parts are always S-Tier, my are F-Tier. Idk why everyone in my school finds this so good even if I suck up. Generally, I like the song but HATE the piano version of it. I wish I can say to my teacher stopping this annoying song, but I'm scared if she yells at me or tells this to my parents and never play piano again, and because of this I'm too shy. :/

GiuseppeK Bracelet King	1 month ago by GiuseppeK Although in defense of the blender, that's an appliance that has every reason to be loud. Much more unpardonable is the microwave that makes an obnoxious beep anytime a button is pressed, and will loudly beep again after completion of its task. Moreover, unless you open the door immediately, it'll probably beep again only a few seconds later and will continue to do so at regular intervals until we can attend to it, which can disturb sleeping roommates if everyone's on different shifts. This can be so annoying, we might find ourselves making a game out of being there just to pop open the door at the 00:01 second mark, just to preemptively make it shut up. But any sense of victory would be fleeting--the door's gonna have to be shut eventually. "Beep Beep!" 😤 Noise aside, they're such an unpredictable contraption; everything's a guessing game with them. Bitter memories of the communal microwave in the common area of one particular bachelor accommodation in which I was staying. That thing would incinerate half your Hot Pocket™ yet somehow leave ice crystals on the other.
LPotato- Skiller	1 month ago by LPotato- #GiuseppeK woah, someone has it out for microwaves 😅 I also hate the beeping noise it makes but I figured out if you hold down the zero button for three seconds (I think) it mutes it. It might not be the zero for you though. Also keep in mind every time the power goes out it restarts the microwave and therefore the ever-annoying ~beep~ Hope this helps!!

GiuseppeK Bracelet King	3 weeks, 6 days ago by GiuseppeK Presently, finding it more amusing than annoying (guess we'll see how long that lasts): certain individuals repeatedly sending friend requests. This is especially funny when the request was already accepted in good faith once, but after a week of zero response to the private message sent their way in greeting and for the sake of opening up a conversation, they were quietly removed from the buddy list. Now that makes a boy feel special--evidently these individuals didn't notice my departure (after a week, I'd typically been scrolled off their main page) and fail to recall that they already had me once and evidently didn't care then. 🤔 Having a high "friend" count in a place like this is even less meaningful than being rich in Monopoly.
