I usually either listen to my liked songs on spotify, or I listen to a long form video abt anything I am interested in. Like sometimes I'll listen to videos breaking down the psychology of fictional characters like Steven Universe, Aang or Zuko (ATLA), and Finn (adventure time) just as some examples. (Ik that's really nerdy but I love making characters, and the more I understand the psychology and depth behind the characters I love, the better I'll get at writing my own lol).
