Alrightey, then.- When it's five above zero, we get in one last BBQ before it gets too cold. - "Fire hall weddings" are a thing. - Most natives are baffled at the hype elsewhere in the world for Rolling Rock. We've been drinking that swill forever (even though Iron City is better). (And technically speaking, this isn't a state--it's a commonwealth.) |

Wasn't born there, but spent long enough in the place to appreciate that we've either seen too many zombie movies or we simply live in this state if:- We own a chainsaw, yet live in an apartment. - We can't store anything under the bed due to all the pre-staged lumber. - The first thing we check when shopping for a new lawnmower is whether or not it's light enough to be picked up and wielded. |

Bluegrass is common in this US state. Horses are also bred here for racing. And people are rumored to be barefoot all the time, which is a misconception. We aren't. Shoes and shirts must be worn to get service at most restaurants and other stores.
