listen to my favorite music, and try to work through it. I someone made me that way, I try to confront them. If I can't, I have a good cry, eat some sweets, talk to a friend, cuddle up in a blankie and listen to music, watch a movie, or talk to a friend. I am here if anyone ever needs someone to talk to! I've been through a lot so I am pretty decent at helping people ❤️

I usually just go to my bedroom and make bracelets, listen to music, cried it all out, sometimes I come on here and talk to people. And if someonee is coming I act like there's nothing wrong with me

I fake it. I always lie and say I'm fine when sometimes I'm not because it's easier than trying to explain myself. Let's just say I mastered the skill of holding back tears till I'm alone and faking it.

I drown everything out with music, that's my outlet. If I don't have access to it then I use pretty much any form of art like drawing or making bracelets

My outlet is boxing. I have a punching bag in my room and my walls are sound-proof. Usually when I'm sad, I'm also angry behind it, so I take my frustration out. Otherwise it'll fester and cause me another eating disorder

It helps to write stuff down ❤️ and take a nap so you have a clearer perspective of things when you wake up or get a hug normally hugs make me cry if im sad but make me feel better and making bracelets takes my mind off things
