You will need 5 black strings and 1 long white string.First, starting on the left side, you make a forward knot with the white string on each black string, so 5 forward knots in total. That makes the first row. Second, with the white string now on the right side, you make 3 forward knots with the 5th, 4th and 3rd black string respectively. The white string should now be between the 2nd and 3rd black string. You then make 2 backward knots with the white string to finish the 2nd row. You continue like that with the rest of the bracelet by figuring out whether you need forward of backward knots to keep the white string where you need it.
