My recommendation is to look up pixel art of these characters and ask the creator of these pixel arts if it's alright to turn it into a pattern. I don't think many people know these characters and it can be difficult to draw a character you're not really familiar with.Do you have any wishes about how big you want your pattern to be? I could try but I don't feel confident to get it right. |

The most common ones I see are 25-30 wide, I have Nishinoya and Asahi in my to-do’s

There aren't patterns of these specific characters but there are patterns of other characters from Haikyuu. They were created by @effected and @regant. Maybe you can ask one of them for these characters.
