Hi can anyone please make a simpler version of the alpha pattern #201883? as it is too complicated and doesn’t look right when I’m knotting it and I’m desperate for this as BangChan and Felix are both my bias’s and I’m really struggling to do this pattern and that makes me extremely upset so I’m really desperate for someone to make this simpler for me.

You could tie it with a single colour background instead of having the Australian flag as the background. I don't think the characters could be simplified further. |

@halokiwi I thought that according to guidelines "multiple photos of distinct bracelets are allowed also for the same pattern". Wouldn't that apply to @rose3456-4 question, or did I misunderstood things completely?

@enne you understood it right, I understood it wrongI thought they wanted to post two new patterns that are like the original pattern but with different colours. That wouldn't be allowed. But it's allowed to post as many photos as you want of bracelets made from the same pattern as long as they are different bracelets. They don't even need to have different colours. |

You can't upload two pictures at once in "alpha from image".Is that what you mean? But you can edit your photo so both images are in it and then use "alpha from image" |

Could you just make the bracelet of this pattern mentally substituting blue for all the background pixels, or go to "Create pattern" and copy the pattern pixel by pixel using "Draw alpha" adjusting the background as you need (without posting it to the website, obviously)?

I sent you something on ig.I used "add a variation" to turn the whole background blue (also turned the white part of the face and eye blue) Then I downloaded the preview image, used "alpha from image" on it and turned the knots that where supposed to be white back to white in "draw alpha" This might be a little complicated, but you can always do the longer process and use "draw alpha" or a piece of graph paper to copy and adjust the whole pattern knot by knot. The thing is, you just need to do it, even if it's work. In the beginning it will take a while because you need to figure out how it works but then it will get much quicker. |
