I really really would like someone to make a tutorial on how to do the hollow patterns or the ones with holes. The ones I make always come out ugly and I wanted to know if there is like a trick or something to make the bracelet not ugly...

I find mine start to scrunch up on the holes, it could be that the tension isn't even or that you're tying too tightly.

If it is scrunched up than you are tying you knots to tightly. If it looks kind of stretched out you need to tie your knots tightener. Also in macrame (the patterns with holes in them) the back of what you are making is shown instead of the front.

I just took a look at some of your photos to see how you you tie your bracelets(i hope you dont mind) and I think your problem is you are tying to tightly. If you tie your knots looser any pattern you do will turn out nicer. Also your fingers will not hurt as much ^_^
