How do i make my knots to stop tilting on my alpha bracelet

I've seen a lot of bracelets that have perfect knots but mine always tilt to the direction im knotting to and make whatever design im making look wonky, I'm trying to knot as straight as possible and im doing the straight edge technique. what could be causing the problem?

You can experiment with the angle at which you pull your base and leading strings while tying.Whether or not you use the straight edges technique shouldn't make a difference. |

Instead of tying/pulling the knot in the direction you’re going, pull it straight up to make the knot. That helped me make mine have straighter knots

use the straight edges tq! also, u could pull ur knots tighter if that does not work... 👍
