I use stranded cotton embroidery thread from DMC. But what is the thin cord that Masha knots uses??!

she uses something called craft cord, so you can’t pull apart the strands like you can with DMC or other 6 strand strings. Craft cord is easier if you’re a beginner because it doesn’t fray and it just generally a quicker way to get it done! personally, i don’t love craft cord because of the texture but it works just the same as regular embroidery floss 🙂
