How to do a double sided alpha bracelet with 2 different designs?

I was thinking about how cool it would be to have an alpha bracelet with one design on the front and another design on the back. Is there any kind of premade tutorial for that or does anyone have any ideas on how I might do that? Perhaps I could tie two alpha patterns together somehow, but I'm not sure.

Usually for double sided alphas (there are tutorials for double sided keychains) people just sew alphas together back to back.

Yea I was going to say idk how to do this but you could try hot gluing them together lol
