hand washing bracelets

so when I wash my bracelets I usually do it in a delicates bag in a washing machine and they come out nice and clean and wonderfully soft. But one of the bracelets I've been wearing a lot recently is made of synthetic thread that says "hand wash only". I've tried to running bracelets under warm water with a bit of soap before but it's not as effective as machine washing. So does anyone have any tips for thoroughly hand-washing your bracelets?

I sometimes fill the sink with hot soapy water and let the bracelets soak for a bit. Then I rinse them under running water.

you could try washing that bracelet on cold wash and just not putting it through the dryer.
