Does anyone have any ideas for chapstick holders? I’m not sure what I would do for the bottom circle part? And do you just see the edges?

masha knots have a video about doubling patterns and the best I can explain the loops is to divide the sting in to groups and start like a normal bracelets and use masha's video to help conect the pattern sorry if this doesn't help

To make a chapstick holder, you first have to find a pattern with either 64 strings, 32 strings and double it, or 16 strings and quadruple it. The strings don’t need to be that long since the holder isn’t the length of a bracelet. And yes, you would start with loops-4 loops to be exact. So once you have that, you continue knitting like normal and for the edges you can either so them or knot them together as you go along like how the pattern instructs.

Check out my photos for #38582, #36083, and #50003. However, I don’t use lop and instead I start with a straight edge. To do this, you can follow the tutorial for the straight edge beginning for bookmarks but I don’t know where to find the instructions for it. If you plan on use the straight edge at the top instead of loops, put a small hook in the middle before your start knotting because it’ll be harder to put it in when you are done.
