How big do the photos have to be to be accepted because every time I try to post a picture it always gets declined and says it is too small so I don't know what to do.

I think you just have to make sure the bracelet is taking up most of the room in the picture. so make sure your camera is close up when you take the picture

The resolution should be at least 1000x1000. If it's only slightly beneath that it's still acceptable.

I think more relevant than the specific numbers is why a picture could be too small. Those reasons are also stated in the decline message but here they are again. "Resizing, cropping, or taking a screenshot may be the potential cause of this issue." Another common reason is if you transfer the photo from one device to another. Also check that the resolution you take the picture with is as high as possible so that even in case it gets lowered for some reason it's still high enough.
