message a mod and they can tell the admin or message the admin directly (he may not respond though) and they will give you the necessary information

If you contact a mod they will give you an email to send your document to. What you do is fill out a word/google doc/etc. and make sure you have it listed out, and then send it to the email the mod gave you. It should take 1-2 weeks to have it get accepted.
