I am going to make a keychain but i dont know if u can add strings in. If you can add strings how do you? I already know how to add strings on a bracelet. I just dont know if doing it on a keychain is the same way

When you say add a string in, do you mean if a string breaks or is too short? Because if that's what you're talking about, tying a bracelet and tying a keychain are done the exact same way. Well, I know that's the case for alpha patterns. I've never had to add strings into a normal pattern, so I can't speak to that. But I do know that adding strings to an alpha is pretty easy. Just make sure you glue your new string down on the back so that it stays in place. I hope that makes sense and I hope it helps!
