I think it actually is #32216 like it says in the Pinterest pin, but I have no idea how to make it shaped like that. I would recommend looking up a tutorial on shaped patterns (either here or on YouTube), as I know it is possible to make a shaped pattern from a normal pattern, but I personally have no experience doing it.I hope this is some help to you.
