can't submit?

I'm trying to submit my pattern but it says i can't due to "critical warnings", is this because I got a pattern denied 3 times (colours too similar, nothing tos violating). how long do I have to wait for it to be submittabel?

Have you checked the copyright box under the keywords?

@krazyknots yeah, i did. it just says that I have "critical warnings" so I can't submit, but it's probably because of the reason I said in the first one :[
