will a mod decline a pattern if you make one of the same as one on BB but use a different size/# of strings? I made a bracelet for the pattern #25493 but used a different amount of strings and colors and wanted to post a picture of it.

I think you can still post it under that pattern, as it doesn’t change the look. I think I’ve done that before with a pattern, but if that doesn’t work you can always make a larger version in the generator and post a picture under there 😊

With a pattern like this it should definitely be alright to post a picture even if it has a different amount of string
