How do I know if my pattern is being reviewed

So I just created a pattern and clicked save and add to site, but when I go back to my other created patterns it’s not there. Is it supposed to disappear when it is being reviewed or did I mess up?

Your pattern disappears while it's being reviewed. If it gets accepted, it will be posted publicly for everyone to see. If it gets denied, it will be added back to your draft patterns with a message saying why it wasn't accepted. Hope this helps!
