For alphas, I would recommend using the draw alpha feature and kind of just play around with making a design until you get the hang of it. You could also use the alpha by image feature and then tweak the pattern after. For making normal patterns, I would suggest using a visual pattern generator on another website/software, then transferring the knots to the braceletbook generator because I still don’t understand how to use the normal pattern generator. I haven’t really seen any video tutorials about making patterns, but there are a few tutorials on the tutorials section of braceletbook

i think you’re talking about alpha patterns. basically how you make them is go to create patterns and press draw alpha. then there’s already a pattern there as an example but you can just press clear pattern so it’s blank. you can use the + and - signs to make the dimensions shorter or longer. then just draw the design with pixels! you can select different colors and different filling sizes like knot (one square) and full (the full design as one color). also you can press toggle borders if you don’t want a grid while drawing! then press save when you like the design and press the screen that says alpha and you can make sure there’s no warnings. press save and test to make sure there’s no warnings for similar colors or something. then press submit to the site and a mod will review it and accept or decline it within a few days!
