I like to use thick bracelets as bookmarks and keychains. I've also done earbud cords with the Chinese staircase pattern. What different ways do you like to use bracelets??

I saw a photo on another site, someone was able to make a normal pattern long enough to create a scarf. On the same site there's another photo, someone else was able to expand a plaid normal pattern to where she was able to make a full sized purse out of it, it was really impressive

once you've mastered the mandala flower you can make small bags/pouches from bracelets.whenever i cut my strings too long for a pattern that doesn't use as much i just carry on working, then sew on an old ripped elastic band to both ends and use it as a headband. |
