I typically use a clipboard to hold down my bracelets and usually that works with chevron based patterns because I can make the teardrop loop, but recently I've been doing bracelets that aren't chevron based and don't work with a loop so when I put it in my clipboard the strings just slip out, does anyone have an tips on how to keep my bracelet still without a starter loop or triangle? I'm open to anything!

Tie an overhand knot with all your strings and leave enough string to make the ties later. This knot can't slip out of the clip and you can later undo it.

I sometimes tie my bracelet through the hole in the top of the clipboard clip, or through the actual clip itself (depends on the type). Otherwise, I will clip it down and tape the strings to the back side of the clipboard so that they dont move
