how much string do i need for the background of an alpha bracelet?? i have about 3/4 a skein of dmc pearl cotton thread size 5 (originally it was 25m). will this be enough?

What pattern is it? The amount you will need largely depends on the size of the pattern, and also the amount of background showing

I would say that you should probably use about 2-3 skeins of doc thread, though you may need more or less based on the length you intend to make it Hope this helps! ❤️ |

also, while im at it, do you know how to fix a too short base string on an alpha pattern?? i was working on it then it just completely snapped.
