Basically what the title says. I've been trying to make #185155 for a bracelet set themed around one of my original characters, but I've been having issues where when the bracelet is about halfway finished, one of the strings snap every time. It's kind of starting to kill any motivation I have for working on this project, especially because as far as I'm aware there's no way for me to fix it or re-attach the snapped string. Any advice, either to prevent this from happening again or somehow repair the string so I won't lose literally all of my progress?

You can attach new string the same way you make a colour switch in an alpha. I think Alex's Innovations has a video on fixing broken string. Generally string breaks because you pull too tight or you pull in a way that creates lots of friction between the strings. |

yeah, as halokiwi said, it could be from you pulling the strings too tight - knot tension takes time to find, but i used to also have strings snap for this reason 😭
