Hello guys,I wanted to make a paracord bracelet (just not with paracord but some other string). I have 3 beige strings in the background as my base strings and I wanted to make square knots with 2 different colors. You find a lot of these on instagram that show you the knots, but no one shows you how to bring the strings in at the first place. So this is my problem now. As I cant join them together with a lighter (because of the material), how can I bring the 2 different strings onto the base strings? Thank you! emp217 |

What type of string are you using? You mentioned that it isn’t paracord.

When am making a 2 color square knot like say am using blue and green. You put one blue string and put one green string on the side and you do the same in the middle 2 make two strings just fold in half so in the middle you would have one blue and one green string and on each side you would do one of each color. If it doesn’t make sense let me know

Only in words I find it quite complicated to understand. I found a way to bring the strings in but I can't explain it anymore. Thank you.
