Hello everyone!
I keep seeing and hearing people say that you can sew fabric/felt and such to the back of an alpha bracelet/keychain/ etc. but I can't find a single tutorial or guide! Whenever I search for stuff related to it I only get the "clean back technique"- stuff, which is great but not what I'm looking for 😭
Does anyone have any tips or video recs? I am making a gift and would love to at least know how the sewing option works.

I have no experience whatsoever with sewing alpha backs but I would assume you'd cut out the shape of material you need, then carefully sew between the knots at the edge with a thread that blends into the pattern with a running stitch or a hem stitch that suits the pattern. I know there are clear threads you can find at craft stores that may work if there isn't one that works with the color of the pattern. Good luck! c:

I haven’t actually done this before, but I know some people actually glue the felt onto the back instead of sewing, and for that I would say using something like fabric glue perhaps? Superglue and hot glue would work as well as long as the hot glue isn’t too hot

Ok. So if you look up on YouTube whip stitch, you can sew on the felt or whatever tbh to the back of you alpha using that whip stitch. I have tried many stitches and this one works best! If you have thin sewing string or thin string at all I would recommend that since you can’t really see it then , or you can match the colors to the best of your ability. I rlly hope this helps!!!
