Tying knots to tight

I tie my knots so tight that I get blisters. I am planning on tying them looser, but I have an unfinished bracelet and I dont want it to look inconsistent. What should I do? Should I just wait for the blisters to heal and finish it? 🤔

I had that problem too. I used to tie them wicked tight. What I did was try and go faster (still with control over the knots) and that would draw my focus away from pulling so tight.

I had the same thing happen. When I make my knots now I just put something on (music, podcast, audiobook, show, etc.) to distract myself from making every knot super tight it helped a lot and now I don’t get blisters as much as I used to.
