So I usually use 3/4 inch d rings for my keychains. I just bought 1 inch d rings though and Iโm wondering if anyone has a guesstimate as to how many base strings can fit on a 1inch? I find that anything above 20-21 strings on a 3/4 keychain starts to look a bit too wonky for my taste.

If 21 base strings fit for 3/4 inch, 28 base strings will fit for 1 inch.
