How do you do these? I can’t seem to find any information on how to do them. I consulted Masha Knots book The Beginners Guide to Friendship Bracelets and it was vague.

I basically have a seven stringed alpha that I want to do a loop for and I can’t quite figure out how to do so.

Cut three strings and fold them in half like you usually would for six of the base strings. For the seventh base string, just take the end of your first leading string.
