So basically I am making a Christmas pattern and right now I’m making the 6th Santa hat and once I finish the hat it’ll be too big but I don’t want to stop in the middle of a hat and I can’t do just 5 because otherwise it’ll be too short. What should I do???

What you can do is to add background rows at the strat and the end or only at the end if you dont want to at the beginnigen. And if you dont like that Idea i would just finish it a little short because you dont see the whole design when you wear it and if there is an additional amount of a cm/ half an inch of string its not a big thing in my oppinion
