Ok so basically I'm making a wallhanging and I was not expecting to use so much if the background string so now I'm almost out of it and I can't just replace it. Anyone have any tips or where I could find the color??

I have run out of a colour while making a bracelet myself. I usually keep the tab with the colour number on it that comes on the embroidery floss so that I can get more thread of the same colour in the event that I need it. If you don't still have the label with the colour number on it, then maybe you can take a small piece of the thread to your local craft store or wherever you bought your threads from previously and try to colour match it that way?
