so i recently went on a canoe trip to the boundary waters, and my bracelets all got really dirty!!!! how should i clean them without damaging them? |

Soap and water works really well, just like you would wash your hands. If you wear them all the time, cleaning them when you shower works.I experimented with putting them in the washing machine and it also worked really well. |

@Blueknot when you've thrown them int the washing machine did the strings end up like, fuzzy and messy looking after? every way I've tried to wash them left them looking fuzzy after no matter how gentle i am and it makes me worry that I'm wearing them down more than necessary. ik this is an old thread sorry if this is a bother,,,

@snaiilkiid When unfinished bracelets have fallen into my laundry and gone into the washing machine, they usually come out really tangled and fluffy. However, when finished bracelets have gone through the washing machine, I don't remember them being really fluffy, just very flexible.
