Uses For Embroidery Floss Labels?

I've got hundreds of the little papers that come on embroidery floss skeins, I'd feel so bad to just throw them all away... any ideas?

Sometimes people cut out the floss number and tape it onto that colour’s bobbin for reference later

Decoupage you’re string box? Lol I’m not really sure. Like the last poster said, some people cut out the numbers to save for reference later

I have an old, clear, peanut jar that I put all f the wrappers in. Mainly just to remind myself that I have far to much string. 🤪

I like to store mine in one of the little sections of my string box. I mainly keep the labels of colors I might rebuy so I know what numbers I need to look for.

Alex’s Innovations kept hers and some string scraps and made mini skeins and put them on earrings. She posted them on her insta and they were super cute!
