Hi! I am working on pattern #19454 and one of my base strings snapped! I don’t know how so can someone please help? Thanks

Try getting another piece of string (matching your other base strings) and run it up the back of the bracelet, clipping it under the clip (or whatever you secure them with) so that it doesn't move. Then just knot as you usually would. Be careful when knotting onto that string for the first few rows though. Once you are finished the bracelet you can cut the tail where you fastened it to off, and maybe dab it with a little super glue or nail polish just so it stays in place and doesn't come undone, depending on whether it looks loose or not, usually it's fine though. 🙂 |
