hi! i'm doing a starburst pattern (#32406) and i used a dark purple string to create a loop, but i forgot to make it extra long. can i add more string to it by using the flat alpha color switch technique?

@charliebas yes that's exactly what I've done and it works great! Just "hide" the new string in between a few knots before starting to use it, then hide the old string in between a few knots before cutting it off. I'd recommend making the switch toward the center of the pattern rather than on the edge and it will be stronger and more hidden ๐ |
