Help my base strings

I'm making a rather long alpha bracelet and I have run into my base strings being too short. ๐ Is there a way to fix this?

If you are in the middle(or just after the middle) of the pattern and you're running short, cut strings of the same colour as your base strings and tape them at the back of your bracelet. When they get short enough, and you go to make a knot, make it over the short and the new thread you added. You'll need to make a few rows over the two strings to make it secure and stable though. Hopefully this makes sense... ๐ @bequibble_ |
