base string broken

so i was making a bracelet and i almost finished it and one of the base strings broke, is there a way to fix this, or do i have to start all over again?

honestly, idk. maybe try to pin it back and tie it. I think it MAYBE could work for an alpha but prob not for a normal. hope this somehow helps? lol. ๐

Take the small bit of string thatโs still attached and pull it up and behind the bracelet. Tape the string that snapped off to your workspace (you could also just cut a new string), then start knotting onto it as if itโs still attached to the bracelet. Since youโll only be knotting onto it and not making knots with it, itโll be really easy for it to slip out, so I recommend keeping it taped down for at least five rows (or until you finish the bracelet).
