Hey so I used to only ever make normal bracelets/patterns but then I started to make alphas and found them so much easier to read and make for me personally. I'm going to start selling bracelets and I have actually sold them before but, I realised normal patterns sell easier so I've been trying different patterns and I'm really struggling! Does and one have any pretty easy normal patterns 12-16 strings? And also does anyone have any tips for improving normal bracelets? Thank you if you read all that 😂

If you filter the normal patterns by loves you'll get some nice patterns https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/?type=n&order-by=loves&strings-from=12&strings-to=16Make sure that all your knots have the same tightness. Pull the first half of the knot as tight as you want the knot to be and then make the second half. While knotting don't pull the bracelet to the left or the right but always straight down. No problem. I’ve honestly just been slowly shifting to only making alphas, but I’m working on my first normal pattern since September 😂. I always think I like alphas more, but when I make normals I realize that they’re way more fun to knot.

alpha patterns just have way more variety, like anything can be turned into an alpha pattern, but normal patterns all look like chevrons, arrows, diamonds, and candystripes to me. That’s why most of my to-dos are alphas 😂
