Alpha triangle ends question

What do you do with the background color when you finished the alpha triangle end. I just made the final knot that connects all my base strings, now I just need to make the ties. I’m not sure what to do with the leading string though. Do I have to include it in my ties? Is there any other way to get rid of it?

I always include the leading string in my ties but the only other option I can think of is to cut it off or glue it on the back of the bracelet

@2006_Mandy Thanks, I actually just ended up tying it to another string on the back of the alpha. Gluing it could also work, but I probably wouldn’t cut it off cause it would fray.
