How long and thick do y'all get your dowels for wallhangings? I have no clue what to get 🙈

For smaller ones I like thin ones and they don’t break unless you pull super tight. For bigger ones I like thicker ones.

I got ones that are one foot, and the other ones were probably about half that size. If I find them I’ll tell you bcz I’m too lazy rn hahahaha 😂

I also use bamboo skewers they work pretty well too and they are really cheap for a pack of 100

I buy my sticks/dowels when I need them and to the size I’m in need so I always have the perfect size.

bamboo skewers work really good for me & they are easy to break to the right length

I got ones from amazon that are 1/4 inch thick but i would reccomend getting 1/8 inch
