How long to cut base strings for a wall hanging?

Hey guys I am going to make pattern #48441 and its 60x80 and I was wondering how long I should cut my bass strings?? Like 30,40,50,60 inches?If you know please let me know! |

Hi! When I make patterns that are 80 rows long they usually end up around 6-8 inches long. So since your making a wall hanging you would double that, and just to be safe I would add another inch or two. So I would make them around 18 inches each, then fold them to make the larks head knot.
