You post the picture the same way you usually would. Usually in the forum post about the challenge there is described what you need to do for a specific challenge. For the official challenges you need to put "challenge" somewhere on the photo. If the challenge you want to participate in doesn't give any information on how to participate I recommend posting your question as a reply to the forum post about the challenge.
