Normal Pattern Holes

I just started using embroidery thread for my bracelets ( I used to use a thin yarn) and for alphas I have no problems with holes, but with normal bracelets, my knots look uneven and there are visible holes. I am making my knots tight and making sure to only pull the correct strand but there are still lots of holes.

Make sure when you make the first part of the knot you pull it all the way up so that it sits in between the two knots above it. The first part of a knot is important to place correctly because it determines the placement of the knot, and if you don’t pull it up high enough it could result in holes. Also, this could just come down to practice, you might not be used to embroidery thread or maybe you just need to practice normals more, but whatever the case if you keep practicing you’ll get the hang of it and your bracelets will start to look better

I would also try to move your knots up with your nail if you are having trouble pulling it all the way up on the first try. 👍
