It’s just I have been thinking of making one but I’m not sure how because there isn’t a button for it, or is it just moderators....?

You can message the admin and I’m pretty sure he gives you his email where you send all of the pictures for the tutorial. He then submits the tutorial to the site under your username. It’s pretty complicated but I hope this helps

I think you have to write it out on a document and then send it but I’m not sure because I would like to know too!

You should message a mod instead of the admin, because he recently announced that he won’t be reading or responding to messages anymore. The mod will contact the admin for you
