How do you search for usernames? Because I have a friend who I want to add as a friend??

Go to the bottom of the page, it doesn't matter what page, and at the bottom right side you should see a bunch of things, (blog, variations, users, links, contact, etc.) click on users and then at the top right side you will be able to search for their user name.

if you’re on the website, do as @Lulu_Ninja says. on the app, swipe to the side and you’ll see near the bottom an option labeled “users.” tap that and then tap the two lines at the top right hand corner. from there you can filter by gender, rank, etc and you can type in the name of the user you are looking for. also if the user has commented on patterns, wrote in the chat, wrote you a message, or wrote in the forum, you can tap their profile pic and it will take you to their profile. you can do the same on the website except that there are hyperlinks on pretty much everything they posted, including patterns, photos, etc. if you click on the hyperlink of their name, it will also take you to their profile🙂

On the website, click on a random person, and on the top left there should be users button, click on that, and search for a user! Hope this helps! 😊
