How can you delete an old account?

Hi! I was wondering how you can delete an old account. I want to make a new account and I do not want to have this one sitting here. If anyone could tell me how to do this it would be appreciated.

you have to message the admin so he can delete your current one before you go ahead and make another account. no users are allowed to have more than one account🙂
