Add a “Pending Review” section for submitted patterns

It would be nice to have a “Pending Review” section where users can still view patterns they’ve submitted while they’re waiting to be reviewed. At the very least, there should be a warning before submitting that the pattern won’t be accessible again until the review is finished. I spent hours on a pattern that I plan to make as a gift and didn’t realize I’d temporarily lose access to it as soon as I submitted it 🙁
