braceletbook doesn't load?!

i've noticed that braceletbook is kind of glitchy these days, like whenever i open it up on my laptop or phone it just takes a really long time to load. it's not my internet, since it works fine for everything else, and sometimes it just doesn't load or it says "page unresponsive " or something. is anyone else having this problem? if so, what can i do to fix it?

I'm having the same issue, I messaged a mod who said its been reported to admin as they noticed the same thing. Its a server issue (on the website/apps end) theres not anything that we can do to fix it.

This happens to me a lot, on both mobile and desktop, and it’s really annoying sometimes because I’ll get everything all ready to go work on a project, and then when I go to open the pattern, I’m stopped dead in my tracks.

@emercer does it still lag? i think it's fixed, at least for me. i do have some issues when i open it on my phone (but my phone's old) or when i open huge patterns. but otherwise i think it's much better

It’s not every time, but it seems to happen a few times a month. On my mobile device when I open the app it will say “logging in” for a super long time and then will say “you aren’t connected to the internet” which isn’t true. I’ll try closing the app and opening it again but the same thing happens. Then I’ll try and go to the desktop version and sometimes that will work, but sometimes it will just say “request timed out”. All my devices are new.

@emercer that's so weird. i don't have the app, but desktop works well for so many people. occasionally when i click on braceletbook it says something like "oh snap! try again later"
